I co-founded a culinary venture with my mother specializing in vegan and vegetarian cuisine delivery services in Baku. Drawing on her expertise as a professional chef, my mother curated the menu and oversaw food preparation, while I spearheaded the brand's growth strategy, advertising, PR, customer relations, and delivery management. Additionally, serving as the art director, I crafted the brand identity and all associated marketing collateral, including menus, flyers, campaign visuals, videos, and packaging designs.
Quickly, we reached 5K followings on the social media platforms and had 45 customers who had monthly subscriptions to daily lunch deliveries. Apart from that, we have made hundreds of deliveries of our side products.
Despite the closure due to the pandemic, this experience provided invaluable lessons in entrepreneurship and business management.
