For the packshot part of the ad video for the State Tax Service Under The Ministry Of Economy Of The Republic Of Azerbaijan, I created a short animation featuring a dynamic house flip using a fake 3D technique. This effect added an engaging visual that complemented the overall messaging. The video itself is about a new rule set by the tax center, allowing customers to get 30% of VAT back when paying cashless for a house or business building purchased from construction companies. This key information was effectively communicated through the animation, enhancing the clarity of the message.
For another packshot in a separate video for the State Tax Service, I crafted an animation that emphasizes the financial advantage of cashless payments. The key visual focuses on the benefit of receiving 17.5% VAT back when paying cashless, compared to just 5% when using cash. To highlight this, I quickly scaled the "17.5%" number to fill its enclosing circle, creating a bold visual that immediately draws attention to the larger benefit. This motion design approach ensured the message of cashless payment efficiency was clear and impactful.
